Ingredients
1 14 oz can Italian beans, drained
1 14 oz can zucchini with Italian sauce
1 14 oz can peas and carrots
1 14 oz can diced tomatoes with basil,
garlic and oregano
1 14 oz can chicken or beef broth
Prepare
Combine all ingredients in large pot. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
You can add a little pasta or barley to make it a heartier soup.
